We are an internet marketing company with a focus on helping home business entrepreneurs achieve success. We have software that helps people do what's called "Affiliate Marketing" - if you know what affiliate marketing is, GREAT! Our new software, 12 Minute Affiliate (12MinuteAffiliate[dot]com) is growing like crazy and we're in need of someone awesome/dedicated to add to our team.
Note: If you have customer support experience, you may be familiar with Zendesk (that’s what our company uses).
A FEW IMPORTANT QUESTIONS:
- Are you "tech-savvy" (comfortable with things like spreadsheets and google docs)
- Do you know what an auto-responder is?
- Do you have experience with systems such as Aweber and GetResponse?
- Do you have experience with words/phrases like "opt-in page", "sales-funnel", or "affiliate marketing"?
- Do you know what 14+27 equals? (please answer n your cover-letter)
- Do you want a REAL JOB (W2) where you can work from home?
If you answered YES to most/all of these questions, then we DEFINITELY want to talk to you.
JOB SUMMARY (FULL TIME - WORK FROM HOME):
We are looking for someone who is VERY comfortable online, who is also an organized, highly intelligent self-starter who catches on quickly can work unsupervised when needed. Specifically we're looking for someone who can fill the role of customer support and order processing.
JOB FUNCTIONS INCLUDE:
- Answering customer support emails
- Answering customer support calls
- Processing orders that come through our system to make sure the customer gets what they ordered (all digital)
- Setting up a customer's online system for them (if you're comfortable online, this is very easy/cookie cutter)
This is a REAL work-from-home position (W-2). You'll be using your own computer, but we'll provide you with a company VOIP phone (must have high-speed internet) . We work 10AM to 6PM (EST) Mon - Friday. We all "clock in" at just before 10AM, communicate with each other throughout the day via google chat groups, and check out at 6PM. Although we all work from home, we treat our jobs as if everyone is "in the office". So you must be on time to work and have a room/office at home where you can work efficiently.

- Are you familiar with any of the following: Clickbank, ClickFunnels, Aweber?
- Ever used photo-shop?
- Do you have customer support experience, ever used Zendesk?

This job pays $13 - $15 per hour with raises based on performance.
