The partners of a growing professional services firm are looking for support with the ongoing operations, office and marketing needs of the business. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing many aspects of the daily operational and administrative needs of this fast-growing startup.

• Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel
• Outstanding verbal and written skills, including proofing and editing skills
• Familiarity / willingness to learn online software platforms (Gusto, Expensify, Harvest, etc.)
• Superb attention to detail and quality control
• Strong people and organizational skills
• Aptitude to quickly learn and take initiative
• Effective multi-tasking, prioritization, independent work initiative
• Strong alignment with the core values of the firm

• Relationship management & sales operations
– Track activity for key accounts in Outlook / CRM (approx. 50 accounts)
– Assist with editing / posting articles to website / social media channels

• Human resources
– Onboard new employees (add to insurance, order computer, set up email, etc.)
– Assist with team administrative compliance (regular time & expense entry)
– Help coordinate / organize training events, conference calls, offsites, etc.

• Administration
– Assist with contract management and insurance policies
– Coordinate with the bookkeeper

• Part time: approximately 20 – 30 hours a week
• Work from our Atlanta Midtown office; some ability to work remotely
• Some tasks have 24-hour time sensitivity
