Greet and assist visitors
Answer multi-line phone system, screen and direct calls
Handle queries from vendors, customers and the public
Provide administrative and clerical support to all departments
Manage documents and files
Issue purchase orders
Manage conference room scheduling
Maintain tidy work environment
Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook
Accurate Data Entry Skills
Previous reception/administrative experience
Dependable with strong work ethic – consistent, punctual and reliable attendance
Exceptional people skills and customer service attitude
Professional communication and appearance
Positive, can-do attitude
Commitment to growth and willingness to learn
Strong organizational & problem solving skills
Quick Books experience is a plus
Basic Accounting knowledge is a plus
