We are seeking a part time Executive Assistant. The perfect Executive Assistant will be able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced and unpredictable environment. This job is responsible for day to day support of a local real estate investor.

The position requires a wide array of abilities and character traits. In addition to having or gaining the entire skill set of an accomplished real estate professional, you will be helping to manage a small company. We hope you like variety and are stimulated by diverse work responsibilities. Small business owners wear a lot of hats; as the Executive Assistant to the Owner, you will too!

Some of the hats you’ll wear include: Real Estate Transaction Coordinator, Real Estate Negotiator, Marketing Genius, Customer Service Representative, Light Bookkeeper, Vendor Manager, Bid/Repair Coordinator, Organization Specialist, Property Manager, Business Operations Engineer, Blog/Social Media Writer.

Some days we may be in the office some days we may be on various job sites rolling up our sleeves to get properties ready for tenants and new home buyers.

Over time, you will be expected to gain a level of proficiency, and eventually mastery in each of these areas. In the near future, other people will join the team and will take over some of these various roles, which will allow you to spend more time focusing on new challenges, responsibilities and roles.

Build, implement and manage all systems for clients, lead generation, database management and back office support in order to help the team operate efficiently
Create marketing events and client experiences that entice new customers and expand our database
Market listings via print and online copy and keep listing files organized to provide a seamless buying/selling experience for our customers
Maintain excellent working relationships with vendors who represent our brand is a positive light and provide good service to our customers
Attention to detail is required for this position
3+ years of administrative experience helpful
MS Office experience required
Prefer Bachelor’s degree
Some training experience helpful
