Real Estate Management Assistant

Job Description:

Understanding of real estate, and maintaining compliance with Georgia Real estate commission laws and regulation.Experience as an office assistant or in related fields of real estate.

Exhibiting trustworthiness diplomacy and dedication including being available
as needed after hours In regard to issues and daily activities with absolute
discretion and sensitivity.

Be trainable and maintain a positive & willing attitude at all times,
Ability to work well under limited supervision.
Confidentiality is a must and #1.

 Possess excellent communication with warm personality and written skills.

 Manage daily activities schedules, manage calendar, manage move in, move out schedule and keep track of evictions.Handling incoming calls and other communications & managing filing system.

 Set up appointments training activities for workers & court appearances for
tenants as it relates to employment needs or real estate business & experience as a virtual assistant.

 Screen calls and visitors for all business and personal endeavors.

 ***Make sound judgment decisions and possess the ability to prioritize work
and serve as first point of contact for all R.E. business activity.

 Follow up with perspective and current clients

 *Be proficient/ familiar with Outlook ,Microsoft word and excel, power point,
Access database programs and general computer work.,With Understanding and possess general technical support computer skills, and resources for computer issues.

 Draft letters, emails, and notifications as needed.

 Coordinate tenant issues work orders, repairs in scheduling handyman
service from issue to completion.

 Familiarity with use of online resources/ databases as needed.

 Able to function well in a fast-paced environment.

 Be very organized and punctual with strong attention to detail.

 Possess a ability to multitask, and a willingness to work hard.

 Gain confidence/trust of employee’s tenant’s handyman or any other
professionals encountered.

 Be able to step into any role as needed as called upon.

 Master real estate search and provide feedback, for FMLS and GAMLS up
to the min as needed.

 General Recordkeeping and money management skills.

 Provide packages for listing appointments as needed.

 Perform errands and field activities, onsite meetings, as needed, Helping organize and maintain office common areas.

 Have a driver’s license and keep it in good standing.

 Be a team player!

Office Assistant Requirements:
High school diploma or Real Estate Experience as an office assistant or in related field.
