As a Traveling Community Manager, you will travel to properties in our national, diverse portfolio from Atlanta to Arizona and everywhere in between! You will have the opportunity to take charge by managing our stable assets as well as leading the repositioning, rebranding and lease-up efforts at our new acquisitions by implementing your aggressive marketing ideas and strategies. Daily responsibilities include aggressive rent collections, managing delinquencies, pushing rent growth and addressing resident concerns. You will manage long-term stable assets, in addition to managing newly purchased acquisitions. You will manage the marketing plan and techniques used in each specific market. You will also play a key role in developing the property by being involved in the recruiting and training of new management & leasing professionals.
• Must be willing to travel extensively in the U.S
o Schedule operates on a 14-day year-round cycle (11 days on the location assignment followed by 3 days off at your home base)
• Must have minimum 3-5 years' managerial experience (property management experience is preferred but may substitute hospitality, retail, restaurant management, or related management experience)
• Must maintain a flexible, outgoing, authentic and confident personality
• Must thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Promote opportunities in the company and assist in building the team
• Bachelor's degree preferred
