Are you starting up a new remote call center operation? Or does your current one need a facelift?
After the dissolution (through no fault of our own) of a company we worked for, a well-oiled machine of a duo (possibly a trio) is now available for hire.
(1) Director: Boasts over 13 years in telemarketing and telemarketing management experience. Ran the front end of the company from sales to hiring to training to full execution of lead generation.
(1-2) Managers: Reported to Director. Was in charge of the execution of actual lead generation. Hired and trained talent, tracked productivity, ran (CallTools and Vici) dialers, monitored abandon rates/wait times/data depletion, built new campaigns, downloaded lead (audio) files and approved/rejected based on QA guidelines. Tracked leads on excel, recycled camps as needed, supervised top-of-the line lead generators accustomed to producing QUALITY leads under strict guidelines.
This team is accustomed to telecommuting, are all U.S.-based, and prefer 1099/Paypal/GooglePay compensation if feasible. Last specialized in leads for the life insurance industry but are significantly experienced in other fields, as well.
