Rent is $750 and includes utilities. During summer months, if you choose to run an air conditioner in your room, there will be an additional $150 a month charge for the months the air conditioner due to the extra electrical expense.
The room has nice hardwood floors, west facing windows and an attached bathroom. It has a ceiling fan, as do all the rooms, but no central air conditioning. It has a queen bed, a dresser and chair, but you can provide your own furnishings if you desire.
