We keep a very clean and tidy home and expect the same from a renter.
We enjoy cooking and sharing meals with our renters when they are interested. LA Fitness and Planet Fitness are 2.1 and 2.3 miles away respectively. We are early to bed & early to rise kind of guys. .
We are most interested in a 3-6 month lease agreement. We could possibly be a little more flexible for the right person. Just mention that in your response. 1/2 of the first month's rent is due 2 weeks before move in. The balance is due on day of move it. After initial month, rent is due on the 1st of every subsequent month.
NOTE: All prospective renters much pass a background check 2 weeks prior to moving in.
