It’s a 1200sqft top floor unit with great views. Very walkable to the new Lidl and local restaurants. The place has fiber internet, smart home tech, and mid-century furniture with plenty of art.

The room has a private bath, walk-in closet, and blackout curtains. Building has a pool and gym. Rent includes building fees and common area cleaning; water electricity and internet are not. Standard one month deposit required.
