Traditional bungalow three rooms with its own bathroom to rent. This 3bd/3ba sits on half an acre on a quiet street MONTH-MONTH lease. Room is fully furnished with its own TV, also the house has internet, washer, and dryer onsite all utilities included. This room is 800 a month. The second room is larger 1000. NO PETS OF ANY KIND!!! No smoking in the house of any kind! No Security Deposit. You must have ID and proof of income. We receive cash app, Zelle or cash this is the form which to pay rent on a monthly bases. We do welcome weekly pay after your first month rent is paid. We will be able to receive text only. We do not hold rooms. The first one comes in with proof of income, ID and first month rent will sign the lease. All rooms will be cleaned. Parking is off road the Bus is within 2-3 min walk.
