I am a middle-aged professional female, looking to share the space with a professional female. I am away from the home weekdays between 8 a.m. until about 6 p.m. I am usually away Saturday overnight. No smoking, substances, or drama. I’m always cold, so AC minimum setting is 75 degrees, which may be too warm for some.
