Please no pets, no smokers and drugs. There is no overnight visitors.
Parking is of the driveway. Bathroom is shared with one person. Currently in the house are three males between 30-50 years old.
There is no public transportation around here. You must own your own car to live here.
You must respect and get along with other tenants in this house.
Room is empty with no furniture.
Minimum stay is 6 months and after that period you rent month to month.
