Hi! Couple chill metal heads in rex, ga looking for a good roommate for the upcoming year. Laid back atmosphere. Mutual respect a must. Potential candidate preferably must be ok with live music a couple times a week for up to a couple hours at a time. Music is always cut no later than 10pm as to respect neighbors and roommates. Everything is kept to a schedule and try and notify to be as respectful as possible to everyone. Pretty quiet and boring 90% of the time. Nice big backyard with a firepit. Preferably looking for a male roommate and another musician as well....just makes things easier. But open to anyone who can work and pay their bills on time. non alcoholic preferred....not a deal breaker. Hit me up. Not sure the sq feet...the bedroom is a bit on the smaller side but is quite nice once its setup.2 good sized closets and Has its own window unit ac. located right by the bathroom and kitchen is downstairs next to living room.
