Hello, I'm a writer/director producing an independent film in Atlanta and I'm looking to rent a home for a small, quiet film shoot.

WHAT WE NEED

A muted, neutral home interior with minimal decor.
(nothing colorful or modern)

Prefer cozy, lived in, natural light, warm tones.

Must be within 25 - 30 minutes of 30315

The house must be available for overnight stay during the rental period.

DATES NEEDED

Two Weekends in December:

Dec 13 - 14
Dec 19 - 20

CREW SIZE

1 director

1 actor

1 cinematographer
Total: 3 people

No loud scenes, no stunts, no exterior setups. Very contained and
respectful production.

PAY

I have an indie-level budget, but I'm
happy to pay fairly for the right fit.
Rates negotiable.

WHAT WE PROVIDE

Certificate of insurance (COI) if needed.

Respectful, careful footprint.
