I am a Semi-retired, Georgia-licensed Residential Light Commercial General Contractor who can qualify your Company for a State of GA Residential Light Commercial license.
The State allows a Qualifying Agent (QA) License Holder to Qualify a non-license Builder, Remodeler, Construction Company, or Developer for its own Georgia Contractors License.
Having your Company qualified by a licensed contractor allows you to ADVERTISE, SELL, PERMIT, and CONSTRUCT projects through your own Company.
For me to apply on your behalf, the Georgia Contactors License Division requires the following:
A fixed-fee Employment Contract
Your Company must be registered with GA SOS Corporations Division and be in good standing.
Company net worth over 25,000.
No bankruptcy, liens, judgments, and all taxes paid.
Current Certificate of Insurance with a minimum of 500k per occurrence and WC policy if required.
