We are currently looking for Sales Managers and Experience Leaders to expand our operations. As a member of the C4 Connections team, you will be helping introduce telecommunication services, to residential customers in emerging markets while working with and leading sales teams.
These positions will be responsible for:
• Helping to create a sales and marketing strategy in support of residential telecommunication campaign
• Recruiting, training and maintaining a productive D2D sales team
• Becoming a product and technical expert on the product suite
• Providing timely follow-up to customer requests requiring additional investigation or multi-department resources
• Recognizing, rewarding and motivating staff
• Ensuring retention of sales teams
• Complying with all ethical policies and procedures while conducting company business
Successful candidates should demonstrate the following:
• 1-3 years proven direct/D2D sales experience
• An aptitude to recruit, train and lead a sales team
• The ability to effectively communicate with customers/clients/teammates
• A desire to work and contribute in a team-based environment
• Excellent communication skills and follow through
