This is a genuine opportunity in outbound telesales. Our sales cycle runs from 1 day to 90 days. This involves cold calling leads that we supply.

As a player on our team, you will be directly responsible for prospecting new business through cold calling our leads on the telephone. Success in this position is measured by hitting monthly activity and sales goals, achieving daily metrics in a competitive yet collaborative environment.


• Prospecting new business through telephone sales
• Understand the customer's needs, overcoming objections, handle rejection in stride and ultimately close the sale
• Become an expert in the SMB world of business, you will understand the cash flow trends and successfully coach SMB owners on how to grow their bottom line


• The ideal candidate should have experience as an inside sales representative, sales representative with telephone sales experiences, account executive, or call center experience
• Additional experience in cold calling is desired
• 3+ years of sales experience selling to SMBs
• Past telephone sales experience
• History of achieving and consistently exceed monthly sales goals
• Has a desire to grow personally and professionally
• Strong prospecting and negotiating skills


• Thrive in fast paced environments
• Demonstrable analytic, problem solving, and leadership skills
• Must have excellent communication and influencing skills,
• A positive "can do" attitude
• A constant drive to improve the experience of our partners
• Ability to remain focused and work in an open workplace with frequent distractions


• Base salary plus commissions and monthly bonuses.
• 1st year realistic opportunity of $40,000 to $50,000
• 2nd year $50,000 to 60,000
• 3rd year much more
• Full time 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday through Friday inside a sunny office with views.
