Job Purpose and Impact

• The Senior Applicion Developer- SuccessFactors Employee Central job builds, maintains, integres and implements software applicions within SuccessFactors. With minimal supervision, this job performs complex software applicion testing, quality assurance, configurion, installion and support to ensure smooth, stable and timely implemention of new software and updes to installed applicions.

Key Accountabilities

• SUCCESSFACTORS APPLICATION CONFIGURATION MANAGEMENT: Builds complex applicion configurions to meet user and business requirements while identifying improvements to complex applicion support processes and procedures.
• SUCCESSFACTORS APPLICATION DEVELOPMENT & DEPLOYMENT: Performs advanced programming, configurion, testing and deployment of fixes or updes for applicion version releases.
• USER COMMUNICATION & SUPPORT: Plays a key role and keeps an open channel of communicion with users to respond to complex applicion support requests and needs.
• SUCCESSFACTORS APPLICATION SUPPORT: Conducts complex technical applicion support activities to deliver on business outcomes.
• STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT: Partners with multi-functional teams, including developers, product managers and business partners to ensure configurions align with standards and project goals.
• INCIDENT & REQUEST MANAGEMENT: Leads prioritizion of incoming incident tickets and user requests.
• VENDOR MANAGEMENT: Handles positive relionships with software vendors and negoties complex contracts.

Qualificions

• Minimum requirement of 4 years of relevant work experience. Typically reflects 5 years or more of relevant experience.
• Cerfiticions and/or experinence with SuccessFactors Employee Central Module

Short Description

External Posting: Minnesota Sick and Safe Leave accruals of one hour for every 30 worked, up to 48 hours per calendar year unless otherwise provided by law.

The expected salary for this position is $95,000- $152,000. Compension varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific locion, certificions, educion, and level of experience. The disclosed range estime may be adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associed with the locion which the position may be filled. This position is eligible for a discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance. At Cargill we put people first.
