-Perform water extraction and damage mitigation.-Perform necessary demolition and site preparation.
-Assist with content pack-outs, processing, deodorization, storage, and handling.
-Set up, monitor, and break down specialized restoration equipment.
-Manage and supervise temporary labor personnel on the job site.
-Manage and maintain inventories of all equipment, material, consumables, and tools.
-Complete all necessary paperwork, including daily progress reportsProvide the highest level of customer service, adhering to all company best practices.
-Participate in an Emergency Services/After-hours on-call rotation.
-Ability to manage and maintain a clean and organized appearance of vehicle, equipment, material, and consumables on the job site and in the warehouse at all times.
-Ability to use a tablet to document various needs: typing, reading, take photos, export and submit)
-Ability to use various software applications for job documentation.
-Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written.
-Ability to work professionally and empathetically with customers and team members.
