Class-A Tractor Driver who will assume responsibility for safely operating a tractor-trailer with Dry Van, transporting goods between states, ensuring timely delivery. This opportunity offers a dedicated lane picking up in Simpsonville, SC (live load) and delivering to El Paso, TX and bringing a container back to Simpsonville, SC weekly-approximately 3,344 miles/week.
--Inspect and maintain equipment.
--Verifies the contents of inventory loads against shipping documentation.
--Properly utilize an ELD device.
--Proficiency in using GPS and other routing systems.
Qualifications and Skills:
--Must hold a valid Class-A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
--Minimum of 2 years CDL Class-A experience
-- Minimum of 2 years excellent driving record-no accident or ticket history.
--Successfully pass background check which includes a drug test.
Requirements:
--Truck Driver must live within the vicinity of the Atlanta metro area-25-mile radius.
--Cannot take truck home-must have reliable transportation.
--Must be able to verify 6 months of recent OTR experience.
-- Company will not onboard any drivers that are classified as SAP.
--Non-smokers only-this includes vaping!!!
