We are a family-owned trucking company seeking a reliable and experienced Local/Regional CDL Driver. This role includes a mix of dedicated lanes and spot loads, with consistent work and competitive pay.
Position Overview
Average weekly pay: $1,400–$2,000
Compensation: 30% of the rate confirmation
Haul type: Flatbed (tarping required when applicable; tarping pay is built into the rate)
Run radius (local): All deliveries within a 200-mile radius
Home time: Local drivers are home every night
Equipment: Truck can be stored at the closest company yard near your residence
Schedule & Expectations
Start times may be as early as 6:00 AM
Shippers typically operate between 6:00 AM and 3:00 PM
Punctuality is critical — late pickups or deliveries will not be tolerated due to tight shipping windows
Hours vary by day; applicants must be flexible and dependable
Weekend work is not required, but may be available for both local and regional drivers who are willing

Valid Class A CDL
Minimum of 2 years CDL driving experience (insurance requirement)
Flatbed experience required
Must pass a pre-employment drug test

Pay & Benefits
Pay Structure: 1099 (Independent Contractor)
Weekly Pay: Direct deposit every Friday (one week in arrears)
Average Weekly Earnings: $1,400–$2,000
