Im renting out a 4 bay warehouse for $1850 a month for the entire warehouse or $750 per bay including electricity, water and internet. There is no bathroom on the property, the building is 100 ft long 50 ft in depth and 25 feet tall. The space is best for uses for work where the product getting wet is not a problem as the metal roof has small leaks in some places. The property is located in Lithonia on Hwy 124 and Rockbridge rd on the Gwinnett/Dekalb border they bays are not sectioned off so you will need to install a blind or temporary wall if you desire privacy. the building, parking is limited as in front of the building is a parking spot for 4 camper renters. You will need to provide a copy of your DL, and proof of income, I do month to month or up to 6 month lease. You will need first and last month and a $350 refundable deposit to move in.
