Hi. Today we have a collection of radios and walkie talkies from the 1950s 1960s 1970s and 1980s.

The Soundesign brand radio ($20) would turn on when plugged in to AC, and you could hear static, but could not get a station to come in. Antenna is intact. Has AM/FM and Police bands. Vintage C batteries still installed, might have leaked a little bit. Still has the vintage earbuds in the original plastic package, unopened. 110V plug stores away in the rear pouch cover. Rear label says Model 2443 solid state, 14 transistors plus, 2 aux transistors in squelch, 12 diodes, 1 full wave rectifier, 1 thermistor, 2 watts. Approx dimensions 9"x6"x4".

Also listed is the older Holiday transistor AM/FM radio. Don't have as much info on that one, but it may be the oldest of the lot. I would say late 1950s or early 1960s.

The Johnson brand walkie talkie is probably from the late 60's-early 70's ($20). Rear label says Messenger 109, Model no. 242-109, E.F. Johnson Co, Transmitter type accepted under FCC rules. Approx dimensions 9"x3.5"x2". In leather case.

The Realistic brand walkie talkie is likely 80's vintage ($10). Approx dimensions 6"x2.5"x1", in leather pouch.

These were tested but did not function. We have some other models available if you collect this type of vintage antique equipment or if you repair them, including vintage stereo and CB radio electronics. Each radio and walkie talkie comes from an estate of misc collected items over the past several decades. Contact me if interested in others such as intercoms intercom systems or other models.

Thanks for looking.
