Hi everyone. Today we have a pair of vintage headphones from many decades ago. Both are together in one lot collection for a combined price. These head phone units are vintage and in good condition. I believe the newer pair does work, but the older unit may be considered for parts or decoration. Antique earphones for stereo radio and telephone phones communications use.
The older one (1940s-1950s) has the following information:
Kings PJ-292 WHC JJ-055
TELEPHONE RECEIVER H-79/AIC ROANWELL CORP
14303
Might have been used for switchboard switch board operator listening? Not sure.
The other headphone (1960s-1970s) has this information:
MEP Model 02
23-12042
Head Phone
8 OHM JAPAN
Plugs into the large stereo output jack 1/4" or 6.35mm. Over the ear cups are very good. Used for listening to vintage vinyl LP records and tapes back decades ago.
Antiques in good condition overall. Great decoration for the music room or studio. Thanks for looking!
