We are a small family owned food company looking for a fun and professional Executive Assistant to help us with (let's be real)....EVERYTHING! This includes helping in our vegan cafe, coordinating pop ups, handling media inquiries, running errands, booking travel, going to trade shows, making phone calls, setting appointments, meeting with potential stores and buyers, catering and everything in between. This will start part-time so that we can build trust and reliability. This is a great opportunity to join a young cannabis food company at the early stages. Pay is hourly plus bonuses and company stock. We also offer benefits for full-time. The company is laid back, but when it is time to work, we get 'er done!
Personalities that work well with us: People who are outgoing, reliable, who take initiative, who move like owners and bosses. Young minded and energetic. You must must must must have your own very reliable transportation, a laptop or tablet, understand and know how to send emails, microsoft office, and even some design tools like photoshop would be a plus, but not necessary. Our office is located in Lithonia/Stonecrest area. But if you are good, we are ok with a telecommute on some days. We can be flexible to allow balance for family time and children. We are woman owned and locally owned.
