2. Rent payment schedule can be every 2 weeks or monthly, on 1st of every month.
3. Rent prorated for the no. of days occupied in the month remaining, if moving in prior to the 1st of the month.
4. Security deposit for 1-month's rent is required and is not negotiable.
5. Free parking in the driveway
Background, soft credit check, proof of identification may be required. Application process is online and takes 1-day for approval. Renter's/Sublet lease agreement outlining terms and conditions will have to be e-signed.
Other room is occupied mainly as storage for the other tenant who travels a lot and comes in occasionally in between travel . Due to limited occupancy of the other tenant, this tenant will have the additional advantage of privacy in the shared spaces like LR, kitchen, fireplace, sunroom and backyard, while the other tenant is traveling.
