Laundry is in the basement where you can also make use of the extra space for your things. This space is ideal for someone who doesn’t smoke or use drugs, prefers not to host overnight male guests, and enjoys a calm environment without pets or children.
Enjoy peaceful walks by the lake, access to tennis courts, a pool, a community garden, and nearby parks. Great for artists, remote workers, or anyone who values quiet and creative surroundings.
Unfortunately, the house is not wheelchair accessible.
You'll be living with me a 30 year old muslim. I wear hijab and work as an artist and will have various creative projects in progress through the house.
