We are seeking a skilled and reliable Experienced Diesel Mechanic to take a primary role in maintaining and repairing our fleet. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical diagnostics. You must have reliable transportation (For full time) you must be able to work the set schedule of Monday through Saturday from 6:30 am to 5:30 pm, have a team player mentality and willing to learn and take on new tasks. Bilingual (English/Spanish) IS A MUST. We're searching for someone who communicates well with others and executes instructions correctly. Experience is REQUIRED.
Some of the tasks include but are not limited to:
Full System Repairs - Independently perform overheads, brake jobs, engine rebuilds, and fuel system repairs.
Hydraulic Maintenance - Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic pumps, lines, and cylinders on specialized heavy equipment.
Fleet Compliance - Ensure all vehicles meet DOT safety standards and maintain meticulous service records.
