We are currently seeking a Maintenance Techs to join our team! Great opportunity with lots of room for advancement.
Must be 25 years or older and hold a current drivers license and good history.
We have 2 current positions, one is a plumbing apprentice tech and the other is a landscape tech
Responsibilities:
* Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
* Assist lead technicians while learning a trade.
* Perform plumbing or outside work depending on route given.
* basic plumbing from unclogging drains to replacing water heaters.
* outside maintenance ranges from mowing lawns to fence/siding/gutter repair
* Maintain material and supply inventory
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
* Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
* Ability to handle physical workload
* Deadline and detail-oriented
* Valid drivers license and clean driving history is an absolute must!!
Hourly starts at 15-18 depending on experience.
