Southern States Insurance is seeking highly motivated and experienced candidates for the position of Administrative Assistant. This person will assist our Head of Finance & Administration with various accounting and administrative tasks. Keen attention to detail and good organizational skills are a must for this position. We are located in the North Point Mall area of Alpharetta.
- Process vendor payables.
- Post cash receipts.
- Assist with internal technical support for employees (hardware/software).
- Order office supplies.
- Computer data entry.
- Other administrative tasks as assigned by management.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good organizational skills.
- Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
- Ability to learn both processes and computer systems quickly
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up.
