Knowledge of Computer:
Quick Books Pro
Microsoft Word / Excell / Scanning and uploading
Competent typing skills
File storage (including locating documents in existing files on hard drive)
SalesForce or other CRM knowledge
Extremely organized / excellent documentation / excellent attention to details
Well spoken and strong phone/communication skills
This is a job requiring the ability to juggle multiple requests at once, to get things done – fast and correct.
Salary based upon experience.
