Have dry aged many wonderful steaks at home with great results. Still has protective plastic wrap on many of the panels and looks great. UV and blue lights work. UV bulb has not had much use since replacement (replaced 1 time). There is rust on the sliding rails for the racks and some spots on the rails. Used a salt block a couple of times and the salt seems to have accelerated that. Rails and racks still work. They are removable if desired and look replaceable if you can find where to get replacement parts. The separate hygrometer controller/humidifier that came with it was junk and never worked right so no longer have it. I never needed it.
This is the cheapest I think you'll ever find a dry aging fridge with uv light and would keep it and keep using it if I wasn't moving and going to a built-in in the next house.
