I am begining construction on three new 50' X 50' Hangars at Broad River Airpark in Livonia, Georgia and expect to be done in January. I also have cleared and level building lots for sale. All lots are 95' wide and over 100' deep. Broad River is a private airport with 3000' concrete and parallel grass runways. Homes are not allowed but offices and living space inside metal hangars are allowed. Annual HOA fees are minimal. The airpark is protected by covenants and boarders a branch of Broad River. The airpark is 7 miles South of Lake Hartwell in a high growth corridor, and is in a gated community. Trades considered. All lots were recently surveyed.
