Bumper Crane with frame brackets. Will mount on Truck and I have seen them mounted on the front of a trailer to pick up a load and swing onto the trailer. I do not have the hand held control. About $20 on amazon or where ever. Heavy duty step bumper. Winch cable also comes through the bumper to use as a winch without using the crane. See pictures.
