Duracraft 18ft Bass Boat

All welded Aluminum, zero wood.

Everything works as it should (Nav lights, rear light, livewell pump, bilge, etc). No surprises, turn key ready to fish.

70hp Nissan motor. Cranks first time, every time. I have had quite a few boats over the years, and this motor is easily as reliable as anything I’ve ever had. I see why these Nissan outboards are highly regarded.

Garmin Echomap 106sv with upgraded GT56 transducer (This is a significant upgrade in transducer than what comes stock). This has down, chirp, navigation, mapping, and SIDEVIEW (this is also Livescope capable, I just haven’t added it). 10” screen that can be setup for multiple views at once. I used to have a Lowrance HDS, and I like so many things about this Garmin way better. This has built in Navionics+ mapping, 10” touchscreen, UHD sonar with CHIRP, UHD ClearVu, UHD SideVu, and you can see them all at once when you section the screen. Tons of color palette options with high contrast to make it easy to distinguish fish and structure. You can use “quickdraw” contours to create your own 1’ contour map just by driving over an area and hitting the button. You can map your entire lake and save it for later use if you want. It has built in Wi-Fi and pairs with the free ActiveCaptain App. Network capable and NMEA 2000 network compatible. It also has a very secure, locking, and easy to use quick -disconnect mount (I never leave this unit on the boat as it was over $2k new).

Saltwater Minn Kota 24v 80lbs thrust trolling motor. This has GPS spot-lock and remote. This trolling motor is awesome and manages this boat so well (really built for much bigger/heavier fiberglass center console boats so it is awesome on this aluminum boat). You can set spot lock and it uses GPS to act as an anchor and hold you in place regardless of wind or current. You can create, store, retrace, and return to up to 16 trolling paths that can be up to 2 miles long. You can choose any spotlock location or track you saved, and the motor will automatically take you back there. Advanced autopilot allows you to point the motor on a heading and the motor will stay on that course while automatically correcting for wind, waves, and current. The wireless remote allows you to control everything so you can fish from anywhere on the boat and have complete control (this trolling motor was $2,500 new).

New batteries maintained with smart chargers (4 batteries – 2 for Trolling Motor and 2 for everything else).

Dakota Boat Launcher, makes solo-launching the boat a breeze.

Dixie Draw Trailer with Bearing Buddies and step-on wheel covers. Pulls smooth and easy. I would tow it anywhere without hesitation.

Comes with full boat cover.

It’s tough to find 18ft “real” boats in this price range. It’s either 10-12ft john boats for 3k, 14-16ft john boats for 8-12k, or 18ft fiberglass center console boats for 20-30k. This will get you in an all-welded aluminum "real boat", with no wood anywhere to rot, that will do 42mph, turnkey ready, with all the upgraded electronics and GPS trolling motor, at the sweet-spot in price.
