This Retails For $1,100+Tax when buying from the Kinkade website, so grab it while you can before it's gone! This has been matted and is in the Thomas Kinkade Antique Gold Frame ready to be hung up as soon as it arrives! This has been signed and numbered with the Limited Edition #206 of #7500, although the Kinkade signature has faded over time as you can see in the photos.
The back of the canvas has printed on it this has been Hand Highlighted by Skilled Artisans Under The Supervision of Thomas Kinkade and has the Kinkade stamp. You will receive the (COA) Certificate of Authenticity and the San Francisco, Market Street Card next to it that you see in the photos. One thing to note is there matted area on the right has some water marks if you look close enough, but really isn't that noticeable as you can see in the main photos.

In San Francisco, Market Street I took the liberty of turning back the clock to a vivid and very colorful era. It was an era when the cable cars were an efficient way of getting around the ‘City By The Bay’ and when Market Street was truly the heart of San Francisco, the city where I left my heart.
