I own a finished basement business. I complete our cad drawings of the basement's footprint in Chief Architect software. I will attach a copy of the basement's floor plan/footprint in both PDF and Chief Architect software. My general contractor submitted the drawings to John's Creek for the issuance of the permit. My general contractor also has Chief Architect software. He said that the City of John's Creek is requriring that we include the mechanical lines in the drawings and said that we can't accomplish that in Chief Architect software.
This should be able to be completed online in a meeting between yourself, myself and my general contractor. If you can accomplish this please indicate your name, contact phone number, what experience you have in these drawings, how much you would charge and what kind of software you would be using. Must have Zelle to be paid.
I just tried to upload the pdf and Chief Architect cd drawings to this Craigslist post and Craigslist wouldn't let me. I would have to send them to your email address when you respond.
