The Benefits Coordinator meets with members from various organizations and unions. This includes, but is not limited to, teachers, police officers, and firefighters. You would be working with members explaining their benefits, answering questions, and providing them with enrollment paperwork as a Benefits Coordinator.
Contacting members via phone
Counseling and enrolling members in their benefits
Reviewing and filing applicable paperwork
Working efficiently as an individually but also as a team
