We are a small, licensed personal care home in the Canton area seeking a reliable, experienced, and professional Live-In Caregiver to join our care team.
We care for up to 6 higher-acuity residents, which allows for more focused, one-on-one care. This role is best suited for someone who takes pride in their work, values consistency, and understands the responsibility that comes with caring for vulnerable adults.
This is a long-term opportunity for the right person.
Compensation & Schedule
• $150 per 12-hour shift
• Guaranteed 6 days off per month
• Live-in position

Responsibilities
• Hands-on care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility)
• Transfers and assistance with ambulation
• Meal assistance and supervision
• Daily caregiver tasks and routines
• Light housekeeping related to resident care
• Monitoring residents and reporting changes
• Following care plans and daily expectations
• Maintaining professionalism at all times
Ideal Candidate
• Prior caregiving or healthcare experience preferred
• Comfortable with hands-on, higher-acuity care
• Dependable with strong attendance
• Able to follow routines without constant supervision
• Calm, compassionate, and responsible
• Must pass background check
