This (HOURLY $15++DOE) position is a rare and unique opportunity to show us and the world your skills in creating delicious tapas (small plates). This position involves working independently running the kitchen operations of one of the highest rated wine bars in Atlanta. Stem Wine Bar is open Tuesday through Saturday, so set days off will be Sunday and Monday. This is a one chef show, from prepping to cooking to interacting with our regular guests at wine tasting nights every Wednesday and Thursday. Full time - 40hrs
The ideal candidate will be well seasoned in the execution and creation of small plates, and thrives on discussing dishes and chatting with our guests. This position would be perfect for an experienced line cook or a sous chef that is tired of the 70 hour work weeks. Our cuisine focus is European small plates and food and wine pairings. Upscale or fine dining experience a must.
