Excellent condition, non smoking pet free home. Grandma's tiny little butt didn't wear it out at all. In all honesty she didn't live long enough to break this couch in. Couch has been in the 2nd living room for about 5 or 6 years. I am a big fat man and this couch is way way way to small for me to get comfortable. Heck I don't like it for just that reason. If your a small person or little or tiny this might be a consideration for you. Its in excellent condition and I would rather have the room back for something more useful. It was expensive everything grandma had was fancy or expensive. So come take a look at it and come sit for a while and see if this works for your decor or tiny butt. Open to offers and considerations. Bring muscle to help load er up ... and if not bring me over something to eat and I'll put it in the truck for. Or beer.

Came from Haverty's ..... I'm 6"2 and fat. This couch is barley long or wide enough to get comfortable
