The frame and cushions are in good condition with no rips or tears. The fabric does need a deep cleaning, and the back panel shows visible staining from use/storage (see photos). Once cleaned, it’s a very comfortable, well-made couch.
Reason for selling is because we moved and the couch does not fit our space.
