We're a commercial cleaning company working active GC job sites across Metro Atlanta — tenant build-outs, warehouse finals, multi-family, and retail spaces. We need subcontractors who already know post-construction cleaning and can hit the ground running.
The work:
Rough, final, and touch-up cleans on commercial job sites
Detail cleaning after trades — concrete dust, drywall mud, paint overspray, sticker removal, window cleans
You'll receive a clear scope and sq footage before every job
Who we're looking for:
Post-construction cleaning experience is required
Reliable transportation to job sites across Metro Atlanta
Owns basic cleaning supplies (mop, vacuum, microfiber, etc.)
