A luxury 220-unit apartment community is seeking a dependable and motivated Maintenance Assistant to join our team. This position works directly with the Maintenance Supervisor to help maintain the property, complete service requests, and provide excellent service to residents.
We are looking for someone who is reliable, hard-working, detail-oriented, and takes pride in keeping a community looking its best.

Responsibilities
Assist with daily maintenance operations
Complete resident work orders professionally and efficiently
Perform general repairs including:
Plumbing
Electrical
Appliance repair
Drywall
Painting
Carpentry
Assist with apartment turns/make-readies
Maintain cleanliness of grounds, buildings, and amenities
Help maintain pool, clubhouse, gym, and common areas
Respond to maintenance emergencies and on-call requests as needed
Assist with preventative maintenance and inventory
Qualifications
Previous maintenance experience required
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and general repairs
Ability to work independently and with a team
Strong time management and problem-solving skills
Reliable transportation required
Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Basic personal tools preferred
Preferred
HVAC certification (or willingness to obtain)
Apartment maintenance or multifamily experience
Bilingual English/Spanish
