We are a property management company managing properties across Metro Atlanta. We are looking for someone who is naturally detail-oriented. You are the type of person who notices a loose handle or a slow Wi-Fi connection before anyone else does. You take pride in a home running perfectly.

However, I also need someone who isn't afraid to get their hands dirty. You need the technical skills to troubleshoot a leaking faucet or a smart lock or fix a minor issue without needing to call a pro.

Details:

• Time Commitment: 5 to 10 hours a week

• Pay: $25 per hour (with the potential to increase to $30 if it works out)"
