It has always worked fine, but I haven't used it in a while. Would likely benefit from some new strings & a good cleaning. This particular model uses a 9 volt battery. The contacts for that connection are clean, no corrosion. (see photo).
The stand in the photo is included, but damaged. You have to be very careful with it or the top saddle will pop off and need to be pressed back on again.
