We’re looking for someone who catches on quickly, likes to learn new things, remembers details, works well independently, and has a positive, kind attitude. Interest in healthcare, science, wellness, or technology is a plus.
Responsibilities
• Help keep office projects, schedules, and daily operations organized and moving forward
• Organize documents, files, spreadsheets, and digital information
• Assist with reminders, follow-ups, and executive support tasks
• Help with research, communications (email, phone and posting), small special projects
• Handle a variety of computer and office-related tasks including calendar invites, Google meetings, spreadsheets, and project tracking
• Jump in where needed and help keep things running smoothly
