Job Description :
* Assist Business owner with Daily Activities such as maintaining client files, applications and helping reviewing agent reports
* Help manage recruiting system and assist with booking and following up with interested candidates
* Help coordinate agent paperwork to make sure there’s a steady follow of work being done
* Review And Assist Business owner with managing production reports, recruiting reports and interview scheduling
* Coordinate Social Media Posts and Maintain Presence
* Help Manager coordinate meetings and manage reminders
