Seeking Office Assistant/Bookkeeper (Kennesaw)

compensation: $12-$14 per hour (dependent on experience)
employment type: part-time

We are a Construction Services company located in Kennesaw, GA currently seeking a part-time Secretary to join our team! You will be responsible for handling day to day operations including answering calls and emails, entering daily expenses, making payments to vendors, as well as assisting with other administrative activities as needed. We need someone available to work full time between the hours of 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday. Also applicants must be bilingual speaks English and Spanish. Applicants must have at less 2yrs experience working with Quickbooks.

• Answering phone calls in a timely manner
• Sending/Responding to Emails in a timely manner
• Keeping track of Scheduling
• Checking the accuracy of business transactions
• Creating quotes and special projects
• Performing data entry
• Computing and recording numerical data
• Other General Office duties as needed

Required Qualifications:
• Must be QuickBooks, Excel and MS Word proficient
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Strong organizational skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a problem solver
• Dependable and reliable
• Attention to detail and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bilingual (English and Spanish)
